Liked: The hotel is very centrally located right next to the train station and is ideal for business trips as well as short private trips to Antwerp. Breakfast is currently served in the 4 strat hotel Radisson blue. The quality is excellent.
Disliked: My room floor was filthy. There was hair, pubic hair, and leftover food on the floor next to the bed. The fact that you have to check in at the neighboring hotel and there is no on-site reception is unpleasant. It used to be much better. I had to wait more than 20 minutes for the check-in.

Liked: The hotel is centrally located, only a couple of minutes away from the main station and many tram lines. The check-in in the main building (Radisson Blu) went smoothly. We arrived earlier but were able to leave our bags at the hotel and go explore the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean, with a view over the main square and the Ferris wheel. The square can get a bit sketchy at night, with people loitering around. As there was no reception/employees in the Park Inn, it would have felt safer, if the automatic doors at the entrance closed/locked faster.
