Disliked: We walked into the hotel and smelled marijuana very strongly. Once we got in the room, we saw a roach in the bathroom and walked right back out and notified the front desk clerk. She wasn't concerned or very helpful. She said there were no other rooms and could not issue a refund, but then once we complained and called a customer service rep, she came up with a different room. However, that one had dirty carpet and smelled of cigarette smoke so strongly, we couldn't stay in it and left the hotel. A booking.com customer service rep tried to help us get a refund, but the hotel refused it. I feel like that's very unprofessional.

Liked: The hotel staff cancelled my booking and could not verify the reason why and could not accommodate me in my stay
Disliked: the front desk receptionist Courtney was extremely rude and passive aggressive offering me no assistance with my booking

Liked: The staff was very friendly. The young lady that checked us in was very knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. The room was clean and the location was great.
