Nice, would stay again

Liked: Friendly staff, good location, nice room, pretty clean.
Disliked: Noisy outside until 3am and again from around 7:30.Breakfast could have been better. The croissants were pale and not very tasty, fruit was nice, cooked offerings were uninspiring.
