Very good

Disliked: We didn’t realize the card for deposit need to be the same card with the card making booking. This is inconvenient when i booked a room for my family member who does not live in Australia and may cause unnecessary international payment fee. Eventually we have to issue a refund which won’t arrive to my account for 5+ days and make another payment.Would be great to optimize this process or at least to clarify this during booking.
