Central location & luxury stay...

Liked: best location in Milan - not only the proximity to the Duomo, Rinascente and La Scala, but a network of trams and metro made it so convenient to get about town. Staff was very efficient and helpful, attentive to details and super-friendly. Housekeeping was the top of game - they emptied out the trash, changed towels and put personal touches multiple times a day and kept the room amazingly clean. Breakfast was a champion with fresh veggies, scrumptious pastries and a Mediterranean as well as Asian corner for buffet, plus a la carte hot dishes included. Gym was small but functional and 24 hours open
Disliked: Rooms are a bit small. Sauna was not really practical (took long for heat to build up).
