Disliked: Well it’s been an experience I mean we paid over $400 for 1 night and really expected it to be at least hygienically clean especially in the bath room I guess park Hyatts expectations in cleanliness is unfortunately the worst o have ever stayed or they don’t really care? The bathroom was disgusting they had either blood or mold or every customers grimy after shower left over was all over the floor and in side the shower doors clean towels that was hung their when my partner when to use it and he was disgusted by the white towel had either blood stains or makeup like red lipstick or something there’s photos and the fact that they still have not returned my partners 100& night stay so that’s over $500 we spent for that and when I had gone down to give feed back to the receptionist it seemed that she couldn’t care less (room 954 3rd of November 2024)

Overall, very good. But need...

Liked: Overall, very good. Front desk staff were excellent .Room was very comfortable., strong shower (with mirror) ! Good quality lunch in lobby.
Disliked: Breakfast was a mixed experience. Ten minute wait to be seated, manager who seemed out of her depth, slow to bring coffee and egg orders. Staff seemed inexperienced and slow. When it came, food was good.More power sockets needed in bedroomsPoor wheelchair access to ground floor coffee place

Liked: The staff went over and about and were happy and polite all the time. Good sense of humour too. Mr Walker is an amazing bonus too such a friendly dog. Great hotel & will be staying there again!
Disliked: i didn't know how to find the room service menu and couldn't figure out how to turn the volume up on the tv in bedroom
