Liked: True hospitality, building well maintained, clean, excellent food, beautiful quiet location right on the city’s edge.
Disliked: Very minor - Pool paving, tiling and grates etc. have become grotty and need replacing. More important - I left with a really sore neck from the pillows. The feathers are beautiful, but throughout the night the pillow height decreases to nothing and there is no support. I woke every morning with pain. Having options would remove this issue. Even though our stay was otherwise absolutely faultless & it is a stunning hotel, this would deter me from coming back if I was coming from interstate.
