Liked: The property is exceptional, location and facility very good.
Disliked: I am having billing issues, although I have paid total amount, they are still withholding the insurance amount on my credit card while checking in and not returning my calls. This is a shame for Hyatt.

Liked: the hotel was absolutely beautiful and the room was gorgeous. I had ordered balloons and a water view and it was just perfect.
Disliked: There was so much back and forth though on chocolates that I never asked for originally. When I called to confirm the hotel I was asked if I wanted fruit. I said no but then there was an offer for chocolates so I said yes. I genuinely thought it was something the hotel offered but 7 calls later to the room from a few members of staff and dining we got two chocolate chip cookies. Its not a huge deal but there was this perception I was asking for the chocolates but it was offered to me.
