Disliked: Difficulty booking “experiences on line. And getting to a live person was difficult. And even when I did, she didn’t seem to know the products well.

Liked: The property is exceptional, location and facility very good.
Disliked: I am having billing issues, although I have paid total amount, they are still withholding the insurance amount on my credit card while checking in and not returning my calls. This is a shame for Hyatt.
