Liked: the hotel was absolutely beautiful and the room was gorgeous. I had ordered balloons and a water view and it was just perfect.
Disliked: There was so much back and forth though on chocolates that I never asked for originally. When I called to confirm the hotel I was asked if I wanted fruit. I said no but then there was an offer for chocolates so I said yes. I genuinely thought it was something the hotel offered but 7 calls later to the room from a few members of staff and dining we got two chocolate chip cookies. Its not a huge deal but there was this perception I was asking for the chocolates but it was offered to me.

Liked: The location is amazing - close to all shopping stores and the river areaStaff are super friendly and supportive 10/10Very clean and comfertable
Disliked: All were fine but it would be great if they are a bite flexible on checkout timing like up to 14:00
