Great stay at a lovely...

Liked: We had an exceptional stay at the Park Hyatt. Everything was lovely, the spa facilities were excellent and our room was super comfortable. Only small issue is that the pedestrian bridge connecting the hotel to the centre of the city was out of order during our stay, which added a fair bit of walking distance to complete tourist-y activities.

Liked: Lovely Hotel
Disliked: Staff. Put us in inferior room and kept telling us we were wrong even though we had paid a premium for a harbour view room over a marina view. It took 3 hours to bring our bags to our room. We rung reception and another 39 minutes passed so I went down to get them. They couldn’t find them then I got a call from my wife telling me they had arrived however front desk had no idea what was going on.Went out the next morning shopping and when we came back at 3pm the room was not made up. I had to ring front desk and tell them to clean room. I got a call back from the manager waffling about how the marina view and harbour view changed and I was in the right room but acting like I was wrong she said we could upgrade to the room I had already paid for. This was now 4om and we were going to Coldplay at 5pm so I never got to enjoy the harbour view room. Very disappointed with the price we paid to stay there after staying at the intercontinental the month before and having a completely different experience for half the price

Liked: The pantry was great but its opening hours were too late for us to have breakfast on two of our days there.
Disliked: there was no soap to use in the bath - I had to pump some from the shower container on a flannel before getting into the bath - it would have been nice to have some bath crystals/salts
