Liked: Bucket list vacation. They did not disappoint. Everything was extremely fantastic.

Unsure if we will bother...

Liked: The bed was reasonably comfortable.
Disliked: Our room wasn’t ready when we attempted to check in approximately 2 hours after our booked check in time, we were expected to wait at least an hour for the room to be prepared or offered an upgraded room at a substantial increase in cost to us. We had to ask for a downgraded room and ended up paying a premium for that mediocre experience. We were told to expect a call from management to arrange a refund/discount and ended up having to make that call ourselves, we were then told the refund would be less than $100 even though we double checked pricing and the difference when booked in advance is more than $250. We were repeatedly offered alcohol vouchers for the inconvenience despite making it clear we don’t drink. My partners room service (seafood pasta dish) was bland and the prawns were cooked in their shells causing the meal to be messy and unhygienic. The coke in the minibar was warm and flat, we ordered 2 cokes with room service and only received one (only one was charged). An overall bad experience from a very expensive stay.

Liked: Location was awesome! Day or night the harbour is stunning. The food is exceptional, breakfast, lunch or dinner. The rooms immaculate and house keeping was of a high standard. We felt very well looked after and the staff were friendly with an attitude that nothing was ever too much trouble.
Disliked: There is nothing I can critise!

It was very worth it
