it was okay extremely overpriced...

Liked: The location in Eyre square all access amenities was perfect
Disliked: Dated, no modern coffee machine, just a kettle with sachets of coffee and tea etc.. water in shower was lukewarm and had rush rinsing my hair, plus the humming of the old pipes make quite a racket. The pressure wasn’t great in shower the shower was in the bath with yellow grips in the bathtub.I burnt my hand in the sink in the bathroom. We booked breakfast but declined and the lady at the reception the next morning didn’t even offer us a refund on that part. She just ghosted us. We stayed in room 112. The bed wasn’t great, very dated. The girl that booked us in initially at reception was phenomenal. She’s an excellent addition to your staff.

Liked: The hotel is beautiful. In a great location. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The food and drink was excellent at a good price.
