I would definitely return as...

Liked: Staff were extremely friendly.
Disliked: Beds were extremely uncomfortable, the springs from the mattress were protruding. Stains on the cover that is on the bed, it looked like blood stains. Mold in the bathroom. Extremely worn down room.
