I like the location of...

Liked: Located in a nice neighbourhood not in the heart of the city but very accessiblle with public transport.
Disliked: Room is smaller then expected with limited facilities. Prices could be higher then normal in some seasons.

Friendly hotel in a great...

Liked: Most of the staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast offered a good selection. Location was great and although in a central location, the room was quiet overnight.
Disliked: I asked to upgrade the room via Booking.com, which when I arrived had not been arranged. This was corrected within a couple of days and I was able to move rooms. The staff were apologetic about this, but it was disappointing. I left the room at 9am one day and arrived back at 2.30pm, and the room had not been cleaned, which seemed quite late to not be turned around. The temperature of the room was difficult to control, and hard to warm up.
