The Park Hotel is in a quiet area in the center of this historic seaside town half a mile from Montrose Train Station and the golf course. Very good

Liked: The hotel was in a good location, clean and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast was pre-cooked which meant the bacon, sausage and tomato were hard. Considering there didn’t seem to be many guests at the hotel it would have been nicer to have it freshly made when ordered.

We enjoyed our stay very...

Liked: Our meals were very good, our room was very clean and spacious and totally met our needs with us having 2 dogs with us. The staff were excellent and very friendly throughout our stay.
Disliked: The room required redecoration.

Stayed here twice before but...

Liked: Breakfast was good as all the meals were
Disliked: Bath panel was very shabby and falling apart.The bed was so uncomfortable with the springs nearly through. Unfortunately we didn't know this till 10.30 at night
