Overall, a comfortable stay with...

Liked: The breakfast offered a great selection of fresh, local options, and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The location was ideal, close to public transport making it convenient for sightseeing.
Disliked: Breakfast not being included was a bit of a disappointment, but I got over that and happy enough

Pleasant

Liked: The Hotel is right next to U Bahn station which makes it very convenient for traveling into the City.
Disliked: We had a room for 6 nights to the road.The first night we hardly slept as two sets of drunken people made a incredible noise for hours.The matrices also were not the quality I would have expected.

Liked: Perfect location for a stay in Munich, comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: No lift to level 5 room, maximum level 4. No kettle in the room.
