Disliked: I do not recommend this hotel. When we checked out, we forgot our baby's sleeping bag in the room. At first, the staff claimed they couldn’t find it, even though I clearly described where I left it. After I insisted and mentioned their reputation, they suddenly "found" it, but they didn’t even bother to apologize for the unnecessary stress they caused. On top of that, when we arrived on Thursday (2nd January) after a 20-hour drive with our 5-month-old baby, they refused to allow an early check-in, even though the parking lot was empty and the hotel is rarely fully booked. They also declined to give us a standard room, which was cheaper, claiming all rooms were occupied—a claim that didn’t seem genuine.The receptionist and the manager on January 2nd were incredibly disrespectful and showed no care for us or our baby.The cleanliness in the room was below standard. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, the toilet was unwashed, there was insufficient soap, and only a few tissues were provided. These basic amenities were not replenished during our stay.Lastly, the restaurant is very disappointing. They only offer three dishes, and the prices are far too high for what you get. Overall, the service was unprofessional, the staff lacked empathy, and the facilities were not worth the price. I would not recommend this hotel.
