Liked: As always - not far from city central train station, situated near a beautiful park and theatre, we really enjoy staying at this hotel. This time we even got the chance to check out its restaurant - and it was very good, service was superfriendly and dishes all good. We like the rooms, service is always welcoming and there was even a surprise for All Saints holiday (which can be quite sad if you lost someone or want to remember - not everyone is up to do carneval-helloweenish folklore) which was really heartwarming. Thank you! Ah - did I mention the great city center of Bydgoszcz, worth a look!

Liked: The hotel it self was ok staff didn’t have a clue or speak English enough to help when we could not get in to our room
Disliked: Breakfast could have been better and a toaster would have been good and more selection of food. The shower was too low down so I’m 5-8 and I had to keep removing it so I could clean myself also the rubber strips down the side were also coming out so I had to keep placing them back

Disliked: The only problem is WI-FI. Connecting to internet is really hard and very slow..
