Over all really nice but...

Disliked: The first given room was really cold and after 2,3hours I decided to go down and report the problem and then was giving a different room

Disappointing

Disliked: Very noisy outside bedroom window like a generator running / heating vents going on off whole night. Reported to reception but not interested.

Pleased it was only for...

Liked: Hotel lobby nice and clean bathroom in rooms nice and clean new looking
Disliked: We were a family of 4 in room 101 during our stay there was 3 functions on in the hotel. Clearly not enough staff for these functions the poor bar staff were abused management had thrown them in the deep end with lack of staff and supplies. We were back in our room for around 10.30 as we had an early start the next morning only to realise our room was above one of the function rooms which we heard every song the DJ played till after 12am.Room was freezing heater didn’t seem to work and 1 flat pillow each. Ate in the restaurant which was very nice decor food was nice….. but the wait for even a drink was way too long around 20mins. It was not busy we were the fifth table seated the two men looked like rabbits in headlights.

Not what we expected for...

Liked: The Thai Boxing show was on site so really good. The breakfast was good with a great selections
Disliked: We booked and paid into a suite room weeks before on arrival got the door card to a standard room went to reception got told all suite rooms have gone, asked to see the manager not all suite rooms had gone and we got a suite room then to find out the suite room had no heating facilities so the room was freezing we then had to bring this up for then heaters to turn up in the room to warm the room up for the kids as well as ourselves. We was booked in for breakfast to again find out we wasn’t booked in for breakfast and we had to pay, I said we originally was room 215 but changed to 216 family name is under ….. they said they don’t have my family in for breakfast. We then booked in for breakfast. We refused to pay and wanted to see the manager to make everything complimentary for breakfast due to everything being poor on all aspects. We got breakfast complimentary. For a spa radisson it needs to step up its game
