Liked: The location is good. Staff were friendly
Disliked: The room is dusty, you can even hear the voices/ sound beside your room. Standard Room doesn’t have any pair of toiletries despite the higher price.

Needs some TLC

Liked: The reception/ bar areas was lovely , clean and well presented.
Disliked: The rooms was tired and dirty. I had to move rooms due to a heavy smell of smoke and damp in the room. When complaining then head of house keeping offered to spray some air freshener. Once moved the new room was better but did find nail clipping behind the bed sofa. Very understaffed also

Liked: The renovations are notFinished.. the staff were clueless on what was happening supposed to check in at 3 and didn’t get in the room till half 4 after travelling from Scotland and we had an event to get ready for..at the event they had no gas in the pumps for drinks.. took 2 days to get a tv fix in the room and room service never showed up had to go to reception for toilet roll they brought me 1 and a half

Liked: value for money as room was better than expected for the price paid. Lovely bar area and decent bar menu
Disliked: pool closed
