Perfect

Not bad for a very...
Liked: Hotel is nice, comfortable, clean no a problem. If there was a lift would have been better. Just very let down by the Spa as the jacuzzi was not working and when I called the reception did say it will all be up and running during my stay so that was not nice. Also the pool is quite small and not many people can go at once.
Disliked: Jacuzzi not workingNo lifts just stairs to upper floorIt’s a nice short stay hotel but I feel the spa could be segregated and not have the males mix with females and even in the sauna and steam room

Liked: Room was comfortable. Nice bed. Good bathroom
Disliked: Poor service at reception. Noisy ac or heating unit in bedroom. Sofa bed in family room was poor and uncomfortable. Decor was garish and brash.

Liked: No under 18s allowed in pool, very disappointing as that’s reason I booked the hotel. Not clear enough in T&Cs when booking. Staff on reception not very friendly.

Lovely birthday celebration/treat.
Liked: Jacuzzi was not working, very disappointed. The refurbished swimming pool was nice but unfortunately slippery around the sides, a bit dangerous. Also, the walk-in shower surface when wet was extremely slippery, a disaster waiting to happen. A shower mat I felt should be provided. Reception was slow to answer the phone. Love the hotel in general. This was our third visit, and I'm sure won't be the last.

Disappointing
Liked: For the amount I had paid for my stay, the shower was not ideal and the room was not big enough, I did ask the night reception guy about getting bigger room but he refused and said that the room I was allocated was the only and the hotel was fully booked but your cark said another story. The cleaners were lovely and the rest of the staff didn't look like they were interested in helping out. We did have a issue with all the electrics failing in the night where we were unable to switch on any light or make a coffee in the morning.

Liked: the location was perfect, the grounds and the building was beautiful!
Disliked: it felt like it was so misleading, the outside is so perfect and beautiful but the room was so rundown, the bedroom fine but pretty universal to most nice hotels, the bathroom was so run down. as a person with a kidney disorder i need somewhere safe and clean, the bath panel was broken and rusting with sharp edges exposed (health hazard and also dangerous for a child) i asked for water especially in the room as cant drink from taps, this was confirmed by the hotel via booking.com but didnt have any water in the room atall. we wasnt made aware of the jacuzzi not being on, it wasnt on it was infact empty and broken! this wasnt stated atall anywhere.. the reason for the stay was the jacuzzi and the bath for pain management and i was left so frustrated because i was unable to do these things! the bathroom plug was so broken it jammed and we couldnt empty the bath and had to call maintence who didnt fix it they just attached a wire.
