Hopefully next visit Spa area...

Liked: The superior room and the Evening meals
Disliked: We never have any luck as was told Spa was going to be closed from 3rd so we went on 2nd February only to see that they already drained the pool and was only the Jacuzzi in use. Workman on the next floor above that drilling, dragging of tools and banging at 8.30 am!

We had a lovely stay

Liked: Good Location, staff were lovely and very helpful. Booked spa in advance and had a wonderful massage. The hotel was clean. Rooms. Service was excellent.
Disliked: The rooms are a little small for doubles.

Liked: Really lovely hotel & staff were really friendly
Disliked: We ate in the restaurant and the food was nice however was a limited menu and quite a long wait for food.Some of the facilities wasn't available but we was prewarned.We did have issues getting through to the reception on 500 and the registered number so wasn't able to get room service meaning we had to go to the bar to order to take back to room.
