Hotel is great, staff is...

Liked: Hotel room was great, staff was super nice. We were able to check in earlier than expected and also allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel on checkout day to visit during our remaining time!

Perfect stay again!

Liked: This is my second time staying here and I have stayed in a few hotels in London and this is one of the best. The location is fantastic. Close to Hyde Park, lots of public transport and lovely comfy rooms. I have been lucky on both occasions to be checked in early and this is a real treat and is the reason I will continue to book this hotel.
Disliked: The room can be a bit hot, but this is a personal preference and not something that would hinder me staying here again.
