Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.
Disliked: We didn't realise that the hotel was being refurbished but there was minimal noise and disruption.

Liked: Location was great to get around London, Earls Court tube station five minutes walk from the hotel.
Disliked: Marked hotel down a bit because building work was taking place so some facilities weren't available.

Liked: We had a problem with the first room.we got(blocked sink)..staff were only to happy .to give us other room...very helpful

Liked: The location is always good convenient for the tube.
Disliked: We have stayed here before many times and although we were aware that building renovations were taking place we didn’t realise to what extent, there was no restaurant , breakfast or bar area . Also the room was cold despite turning the heating up.

Liked: Staff at reception very warm and welcoming on arrival. Lovely comfortable room. Room and hotel generally very clean and fresh. The staff were always cheerful and ready to help. Will certainly stay again.

Liked: A relatively large but inexpensive room near to where I needed to be.
Disliked: Renovation and particularly the closure of the restaurant made my stay much less pleasant than last year. Breakfast at the nearby Marriott was nowhere near as good.
