Disliked: the whole hotel was absolutely boiling and on Saturday night we ended up with no cold water as they turned it off. when we rang they said it would be back on in 2 hours. it was still off in the morning, so I went down to ask for a room for a shower before we left. he said they didn’t have any and I needed to wait 15 minutes. I didn’t have 15 minutes as I had a taxi booked and needed breakfast. he then ignored me and just shouted over to the other guy ‘can we turn it on now’ so clearly it could’ve been turned on over night, and if not, why were no rooms left open for shower and toilet facilities. I didn’t see a single smile from any staff apart from the women.

Liked: Location was perfect and the staff could not of been ore helpful. I had read some reviews and was worried but the staff were lovely and could not do enough and the room was perfect.
Disliked: All was good.

Liked: . location good . . . on arrival there was some confusion , and I was given a room in the basement , with no window , and so no fresh air . . V dark . . so that I slept in late and was late to meet up with friends . . I asked at the desk and was told I could change rooms for my second night . . .
Disliked: . arriving back on the second evening my room had been changed to the 4th floor , with a view of the street , and a window that opened ; much better ( I live on the welsh coast and don’t have central heating ! . . so like fresh air ! ) . . so all good in the end . . ( the room in the basement was like a morgue ! . and altho it had a bath , no taps only a shower . . )

Wounld stay there again.

Disliked: Stank of damp. Room was underground. Big pillar in the middle of room. Had to climb over bed to get out. No room to walk around it.

Lovely staff who went above...

Liked: The staff were extremely kind and accomodating! They offered me complimentary late check out and upgraded my room upon hearing it was my boyfriends birthday
Disliked: However the hotel didn't seem very clean or comfy; our double bed was just two twin beds put together. It wasn't the romantic stay we had hoped for.
