Disappointing

Liked: Location
Disliked: Staff were not rude but quite blunt and information about the hotel was not forthcoming even directions to the room were it’s on this level which it wasn’t.There was a leak somewhere and to get to the room we had to paddle through a large puddle of water which saturated the whole corridor and no way of avoiding it.Breakfast was poor, not good quality and not much choice even tried to charge for it although it was included in the price.

Had a nice stay but...

Liked: Bathroom was clean and good shower! Front desk staff were friendly.
Disliked: Paid for a double room but had two singles pushed together with a sheet on top. This lead to a gap in the middle of the bed which wasn’t comfy. The breakfast was really basic with a small selection and could not offer more than an Americano coffee with milk and sugar. This is worse than what other places offer in the same area and price range.

Car park

Liked: The room
Disliked: The car park is ridiculous! I would've liked to have been told it was so small so I could've arranged to park elsewhere and not had to have driven round London for 2 hrs in rush hour looking for a car park. The girl I spoke to on the desk was no help whatsoever and I thought her attitude was shocking!

Good location poor hotel for...

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: The lights didn’t work and staff didn’t seem approachable to complain to. Light switches next to the bed also broke. Hair balls in the bed

Very good

Liked: Most of the personnel is wonderful. It is located very close to the metro which is very convenient. It was our third time there. We feel very comfortable there.
Disliked: The fridge didn't work properly. Cleaning was not good.
