Stayed for an event at Terminal 5 and it was a very good room and stay. But for the price I paid for 1 night I expected a bit more luxury. The rooms had no fridge or microwave. All in all it was worth it for the location to the venue for a day and night of rest after my flight.

Liked: I loved it. I liked everything. Near the subway, supermarket, near the park, accommodation super.
Disliked: Did not like this elevator, it is very small, and there are 2 of them only, constantly queuing, no fridge and coffee machine in the room, no kettle either. Very noisy heating!

First and last time staying...

Disliked: Paid for a city view, only view was of a brick wall and windows of other rooms. Called the front desk to ask about this and was told they would look into it and call me back. Never received a call back. No internet service, WiFi would not work - I’m guessing because of where the room was situated inside the building. Shower was the smallest I’ve ever seen! Water damage from the shower inside the bathroom on the bottom of the door as well as the outside of the bathroom along the bottom of the wall.

Great deal and location

Liked: Property is near a lot of places. I love it. We were blocks away from Central Park, Times Square etc. 10 out of 10 for location. We can literally walk to any attractions within minutes. I flew in to La Gaurdia, it took over an hour to drive get there due to traffic etc. It’s very nice and welcoming. Staff on site was great. I did have a problem with contacting them a few times. The phone in the hotel room, did not work so I had to use my personal cell to call the hotel. I attempted to reach them several times for extra linens, pillows and stuff. After the fourth time, they arrived with the items. The hotel check in area was nicely decorated and professional staff. I like that they have a bar, restaurant and store on the premises. Everything was very clean in the main lobby. The rooms are a bit small, I had two queen beds. It was a bit outdated. The beds were comfy. The room feels like it needs a deep cleaning, our AC/heat unit was full of debris. The carpet looked a bit dirty but glad we brought slippers to use. I enjoyed my stay here, although at times it was hard to reach the staff.
Disliked: The rooms were a bit small, room and carpet needs deep cleaning, sometimes it’s hard to reach a staff.
