Stayed for an event at Terminal 5 and it was a very good room and stay. But for the price I paid for 1 night I expected a bit more luxury. The rooms had no fridge or microwave. All in all it was worth it for the location to the venue for a day and night of rest after my flight.

Liked: Clean room, friendly staff. Location is ideal, subway just around the cornerd, within walking distance of Times Square and Central Park. Lots of little restaurants nearby. (Great deli at the corner for breakfast).

Great location, comfortable room, but...

Liked: Great location. Very comfortable bed and tidy room. Nice (little/simple) gym. Attractive lobby and reception area. The staff at the Baggage check (we left our bags for the final day as our flight wasn't until late) we're super helpful and lovely.
Disliked: Staff on arrival were functional rather than welcoming. Not enough working lifts to service the number of rooms. No one working at the bar midweek, we sat and waited for ten minutes before going elsewhere. There are no coffee facilities in the room and the coffee from the shop in reception is more expensive than Starbucks.
