Stayed for an event at Terminal 5 and it was a very good room and stay. But for the price I paid for 1 night I expected a bit more luxury. The rooms had no fridge or microwave. All in all it was worth it for the location to the venue for a day and night of rest after my flight.
Liked: Location.
Disliked: Barebones room.

Disliked: I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. During check-in, which was supposed to be available at 16:00, we arrived at 23:00 and were still required to wait for an additional hour before we could access our room. This delay was both frustrating and inconvenient, especially after a long day of travel.As a form of compensation, we were offered a "free" breakfast in the form of a voucher for your hotel café. However, the quality and availability of food at the café were far from satisfactory. There was a lack of product options, and the selection was limited and insufficient, making this offer more of an inconvenience than a real solution to the problem. We voiced our concerns directly at the hotel, but unfortunately, we did not receive any response.We also contacted Booking.com in hopes of resolving the issue, but it seems that the hotel did not even bother to respond to their inquiries, which is highly disappointing. Given the circumstances, we believe the minimum acceptable resolution would have been a refund or compensation for one night of our stay.Furthermore, the room itself was not well-maintained. It lacked proper ventilation, resulting in an unpleasant smell, and the overall cleanliness was below our expectations.This experience has been very disappointing, and I trust that you will take these concerns seriously. We expect a prompt and fair resolution to this matter.Kind regards,

Liked: Good value, good location, big room !
Disliked: When I make the booking in the app, I asking about the crib for the baby, while we are checking in two of the front desk already making sure we can get the crib , we’ve been waiting the whole night, nobody bring us nothing, so we have to move the baby several times in the middle of the night . so I didn’t really enjoy the stay and the sleep quality was poor . If you cannot do it, just don’t put it in the app and don’t make the promise to your clients!

Disliked: When we checked in, they gave us a room number and keys. When we got to the room, it was a mess and me and my family had to wait almost 2 hours while they got it ready for us. My kids and family were tired and frustrated and it was very stressful. Then when we got in the room, the air wasn’t working and they were sending someone up to fix it. I had to check in an hour later and they finally sent someone up who is very nice And helpful. Then the shower/ tub wasn’t working and they had to go get a part
