Very welcoming friendly staff. Room was well equipped, spacious and immaculate. Hotel is in a great position to enjoy all aspects of Bournemouth. Will stay again.

First visit, but not last. Good first impressions. Excellent welcome and easy check in. Classic double was very roomy and spotlessly clean with a large bed which was very comfortable. Good sized bathroom with good selection of toiletries, lovely towels and brilliant shower, although shower cubicle could have been a tad bigger, but no complaint. Room nicely decorated and loads of space, drawers and wardrobe. Room extras were excellent with hairdryer, iron and board, plus a good selection of teas and coffees as well as mineral water. Breakfast was great with a good variety of food and drinks. Dishes replaced and topped up regularly. All staff were brilliant, polite, helpful and efficient. We will return and hotel location also ideal for the BIC, Pavilion, beach and town centre. Great parking opposite hotel too. Highly recommended.

Liked: I asked for the 4 poster bed, and when I received confirmation I thought that was what I was expecting, however I was disappointed to find that the room did not have the 4 poster bed, apart from that my stay and breakfast was very good, had both continental and hot breakfast, catering to veggies and non veggies.

Liked: The view and location are perfect right next to the pier the beach and the Bournemouth international centre and a easy walk to town and transport links. bed comfy and breakfast was really good

Liked: I am very happy and grateful for having chosen this hotel. It was our wedding anniversary and my husband and I took a few days to rest and we made the perfect choice. A beautiful view, very polite staff, everything very clean. Thank you very much for the incredible weekend you provided us.

Liked: Ideal central location immediately opposite the BIC and near the beach. The food in the restaurant was first class offering high quality seafood in the evening with excellent service and similar quality and service at breakfast.
Disliked: We were in a large comfortable at a low level facing the BIC. Unfortunately there was some traffic noise and occasional late night revellers which interrupted our sleep.
