Jail room

Liked: Staff are very professional and friendly.
Disliked: I come twice a year to The Hague and I always stay in Park Central Hotel. However, this time the room was like a jail, no cleaning room service, very poor conditions, very small bed, etc.

Liked: Very nice location: close to the center and bars/restaurants but still quiet
Disliked: Small room with no desk or seat

Great location in Den Haag...

Liked: The hotel is located in the main city centre area with shops and restaurants within walking distance in a safe area.A short tram ride to Den Haag Centraal train station and Scheveningen beach. Although it's a busy area it was quiet inside the hotel.
Disliked: Poor state of the room - damaged chair and I couldn't use the bath at all because the plug didn't work (the bath drained immediately). On my last night there was a severe leak in the bathroom ceiling. Maintenance personnel inspected the problem immediately which was great and understandably the problem couldn't be fixed right away.However the guest services manager at first told me the hotel was fully booked so I would have to stay in the room. Only after awhile did they inspect the room, see how severe the mess was and suddenly another room was available and I was moved.Poor service especially for a 4* hotel.
