Liked: Great location. Two minutes walk from both Baker Street and Marylebone stations. Rooms were really clean and well equipped. Very impressed with the Dental Kit in the bathroom. I’d forgotten to pack my toothbrush so saved me having to buy one….. There’s an empty mini fridge to keep things cold and a microwave to heat things up
Disliked: We paid for breakfast and whilst there was plenty available, the hot food (bacon, sausages, scrambled egg etc) in the heated section was cold. Did get a nice hot fried egg cooked to order though. Hopefully it was a one off blip as everything else regarding our stay was great….

Disliked: Cold & dry like it had been there far too long
