Liked: Mourad was superhelpful! His service exceeded his job assignments. He went extra mile at anything we asked.
Disliked: Breakfast room is a bit small. The choices were limited. But the quality was good.

Good value for the price.

Liked: Nice location, metro and RER station are nearby. Also a few bus lines are passing nearby. It is clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Good value for the price.
Disliked: The neighbourhood is a bit spooky, but it is not so unusual for Paris. The breakfast place is extremely small, and often, you need to wait for the place. Bathrooms could be in better condition.

Liked: The staff was so helpful and welcoming, the cleaning was very sufficient every day.
Disliked: Minor details, the bed parted in the middle each night, which was not so comfortable. I planned to use the bathtub, but there was no plug for it.

Exceeded expectations

Liked: The staff where extremely helpful and friendly with great English. Nothing was a problem for them they helped with train advice and breakfast booking. All round lovely people. Hotel was really quiet and the bed was super comfortable best we have slept in years. Great location for metro and getting into the heart of paris or out to Disney for the day.
