Good hotel but expensive

Liked: Position
Disliked: Some issues with restaurant waiter

Was good.

Liked: The executive king room was big. The breakfast buffet downstairs was good. The internet was fast and the tv was new with a lot of channels.
Disliked: The club lounge only served wine for cocktails.

Centrally located. Friendly and helpful...

Liked: Exceptionally friendly , helpful and competent breakfast room staff, front desk staff and cleaning staff!
Disliked: Terrible bed - ended up with backache. Dark room overlooking the interior courtyard. Blocked toilet and non-draining shower on Day 2 so I paid for an upgrade to a bigger room with a slightly more comfortable bed.

Disliked: The locks on the doors seem to be outdated. Soundproof wasn’t that great.
