An unpleasant stay and certainly...

Liked: Location was good for our business requirements. Lounge are was spacious and comfortable. Hotel shuttle bus was excellent to and from Charles de Gaulle airport.
Disliked: It was a very cold day and night in the area and the hotel rooms including the bathrooms (we booked x 2) heating did not work, it was very unpleasant stay and the hotel could not fix it. I was give a portable electric heater that somewhat helped in the large room I had. After complaining, I did receive a small refund to the room cost. Dinner was a bit of a disappointment with small portions at an expensive price. Also, we ordered cheeseburgers from the bar menu, to eat in the lounge, which was very quiet at 2pm, it took them over 30 minutes to deliver the food, unacceptable for this standard of hotel and pricey too! The gents toilet in reception area, had urine on the floor and had a awful smell, so much so, that I had to clean the soles of my shoes with disinfectant!

Liked: Customer Service are excellent. Staffed did excellent job.Concierge supervisor was so superb. He did way beyond his job .Paris Marriott has outstanding staffs.
