Liked: Convenient location near the metro. Quiet in the room. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The breakfast is very meager.

It was pleasant.

Liked: The lift worked in the hotel and it was good to have a staffed reception.
Disliked: The shower was small. My room was a double, but if I had been sharing it would have been cramped. It was quite noisy early in the morning when the bins were being emptied.

Liked: Nice staff
Disliked: During the night bed bugs bite me. I signalled it to the staff at the entrance (who was helpful and provided some plastic bags to separate my clothes) and I sent an email afterwards, but I did not receive any responses nor proper excuses
