Liked: I reallyy loved it that there was 24/7 reception and the american blond guy was the best staff ever. He was so nice and helped us if we had questions ❤️

Disliked: Plugs no working , very small room for this price. Behind the wall you can hear everything people are doing. I do not recommend it, and we will never return ourselves

Disliked: Unfortunately, upon checking into our room, we encountered several issues that significantly affect the quality and comfort of our stay.There was an unfinished wall with peeling paint, only one socket which did not appear to be up to health and safety standards, a stain on one of the bed sheets, hair in the bed, towels were dirty. The room was not as described, the cleanliness did not meet reasonable standards, and there were maintenance problems. The heating did not work although it made a lot of noise. The walls were thin and I could hear the couple next door going at it. Given these circumstances, the room did not meet the expectations or standards implied at the time of booking. We requested a room change which they could not accommodate so we asked that our reservation be canceled without any fee which they refused. And the staff were unapologetic and dismissive.

Liked: Very nice location,There is a very nice bistro and bakery very close to the hotel were you can have your breakfast before you start your day. The metro is very close also
Disliked: wifi, space, it could have some more electric sockets
