Very pleasant and the staff...

Liked: The room was light during the day but still allowed for a good nights sleep with the black out windows. The features such as senses and temperatures was nice.
Disliked: There just needed a little more room for cases.

A memorable stay made exceptional...

Liked: Room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. Well stocked mini bar and the coffee facilities were very good. In room Jacuzzi was excellent also. Room was very quiet and sound proofed ,Electric operated everything from an in room tablet allowing easy lights and curtain control etc . Champagne Welcome to hotel was exceptional and fantastic greeting from staff, who were magnificent all through our stay making it truly memorable. Couldnt do enough for us at all times. Breakfast also very good and freshly prepared with wide choice. 7 star service by all staff especially Bruce.
Disliked: Our room stated separate bathroom which was not in the room, but the in room shower facilities in the Jacuzzi were sufficient. Surprised no complimentary drinking water supplied in room. Chose the hotel particularly for the Spa facilities only to find a substantial p/p charge applied for limited time, which was disappointing and should be highlighted on the hotel description on the Booking.com website.
