Liked: In the reception Flavio was so nice and gentle with us. He speaks different languages so we feel more comfortable and his attitude was so kind. He resolved fast our questions.

A very pleasant place to...

Liked: This is a very clean and friendly hotel in a peaceful location. We deliberately chose the hotel as it has easy parking, without having to navigate the traffic in Turin. The city center can be reached easily by tram.
Disliked: The coffee at breakfast could be better, otherwise everything was good.

Liked: Excellent breakfast with lots of choices, quiet location beside a parkland with easy access to walking path along the river, cleanliness of room

Good place for a short...

Liked: The location was a little bit away from the city center, but from a walking distance you can find everything near. There's a nice tasty restaurant 10mn walking from the hotel (address given by the hotel reception).
Disliked: nothing to mention as we stayed for a one night

Useful location.

Liked: Good location with secure car parking on site; you can walk or tram into Torino city centre. You can get there by car without getting too caught up in Torino itself. Breakfast is quite good. You can bring a dog. The rooms are big, but rather spartan. Clean.
Disliked: It's pretty basic and soulless. Its main point is the location on the edge of town. Most of the time the reception staff are friendly and can be very helpful, but sometimes grumpy. They put the prices up a lot when there are big events in Torino.
