Great place and needs more...

Disliked: The walls were so thin that the family that lived in the next apartment were so loud and I could hear their arguments and conversations and children cry

Would’ve been better had it...

Liked: Never ate breakfast, only had coffee
Disliked: We vacated Orlando because of the Hurricane We only stayed 2 out of 6 nights at the property

Liked: Overall very nice facilities and staff were friendly.
Disliked: There was a mix-up during check-out. I booked through booking .com and I had paid online, but the service desk person took a while to figure out that I had paid. Overall, there are no issues.

Lovely hotel in a good...

Liked: Hotel itself was great with lovely big rooms, which were very clean, and two good sized pools. The hotel staff were always very polite and helpful. The hotel is in a great location if you want to go to either Disney or Universal (both about 15-20 mins drive depending on traffic). It also had a lot of free, onsite parking which was great for us!
Disliked: I didn't like the daily fees for the hotel ($25/day). We were told this was for daily servicing and we also received either free small bottle of water or a coffee each a day for this. The coffees, however, could only be hot/black coffees and nothing else. It did feel a little like hidden fees and I am not sure that what we received was worth $25 a day. I think it would be better to simply include this in the overall cost of the hotel for transparency, although this does appear to be something that is fairly standard in Orlando, so just read the small print! Overall, we did really enjoy our stay.

Amazing stay in fantastic room

Liked: We were upgraded due to the noisy neighbours on first night. Given a quieter room with Superb views over Disney and saw amazing fireworks display every night
Disliked: Can’t fault it
