Liked: We, an old couple, arrived at the hotel at around 7:30 a.m. and tried to have an early check-in because the plane from Sydney landed at 6 a.m. We felt very tired at that time. The front desk understood our situation and showed us they would try to do their best to check us into a room. We got the key at 10:30 a.m. We appreciate it.
Disliked: The mattress is a little bit too soft for us.

Liked: The service was first rate, the room was excellent and quiet and the king bed was comfortable. The hotel was well situated within walking distance of Canada place and Stanley park.
