Liked: We stayed for one night to celebrate my husband’s birthday and had the best experience! We were pleasantly greeted by the front desk and upgraded our room which was a nice surprise! The hotel is super modern, the rooms are updated with automated shades/curtains and lights, heated bathroom floors, iPad free to use in the room and more. Was about a 25 minute walk to Rogers Arena for the hockey game. Overall this hotel exceeded our expectations we were super happy!
Disliked: Toilet paper felt thin and cheap

Fresh, fun & professional!!

Liked: Funky, exciting, clean, and modern. Very helpful snd friendly staff. Loved having the deck to enjoy even sitting outside in the covered area in the rain.Amazing hot tub area as well!
Disliked: Friday night could hear some thumping of the nightclub, but not terrible. Perhaps I need to be a bit younger and go join them!

Liked: Location was central and the rooms very well appointed and spacious. Bathrooms were clean and well designed.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Disliked: Pool set up was a bit weird because it is located in a space that also serves as a night club. But taken on its own, the pool is fine, a bit too shallow to do laps but it works. Hot tub area is great just outside on a balcony off the pool.

Absolutely loved staying at Paradox....

Liked: The servicing of the room was incredible. Didn't see anyone but every time we left and came back, our room was impeccable. It was clean, quiet and the view was good. Loved the layout of the room, all of the storage space and the mini bar was great. The facilities at the hotel are amazing. Loved the gym, the pool and the hot tub.
Disliked: We didn't make it to the Chinese restaurant but frequented Karma Lounge a lot. It was very hit and miss.... The service always started well but then died off almost every time we went. One night we went for dinner and enjoyed a lovely meal but at the very end we couldn't find a single waitstaff to serve us again and in the end when we finally found someone decided we'd had enough so just asked for the bill. The gentleman who served us then informed us that the other waitstaff were all making a TikTok. Not okay. Our last day there was probably the best. The lovely lady who served us brunch was awesome and the gentleman behind the bar in the afternoon was great. Unfortunately I didn't get their names but appreciate their service.
