Fantastic property, wonderful staff.

Liked: The staff (particularly the concierge) took our stay to the next level. I can't say enough about how special our visit was because of the extra attention the concierge gave us.
Disliked: Nothing.

Arguably best hotel experience ever

Liked: Everything was great, communication with staff via WhatsApp was great, so accommodating, charged our tesla, got additional items for our puppies, delicious and fast room service. Bar downstairs was great too, creative drinks, friendly staff.

Liked: Good location, beautiful room with harbour view , outdoor hot tubs
Disliked: Checkout could’ve been better, plus room not made up despite request on door for 4 1/2 hrs
