Stay for the experience but...

Liked: Great location, quiet, charming historic building, extremely helpful/friendly staff and fantastic breakfast buffet.
Disliked: No facilities like gym/pool/sauna, heating did not really work, room poorly insulated (big gaps in the door to the room) and lacking maintenance (sink tap fell off, bathroom shelf half detached from the wall, found paper serviettes holder in bathroom detached from the wall on the floor and the pin on the shower tap was missing so very hard to turn the knob).

Liked: Stunning location. Hotel accommodation was excellent cleaned very comfortable. Easy parking unloaded right outside then staff parked car.
Disliked: We hadn’t booked restaurant in advance and were extremely disappointed that we were unable to eat in main restaurant

Awesome experience.

Liked: It was like sleeping in a palace/museumWe felt so special staying in such a spectacular Parador.
Disliked: We had to take a very early taxi to the airport and did not have enough time for our breakfast. So we asked if we could just grab a couple rolls to take with us and we were told no.
