Superb location comfort and amenities

Liked: From the moment I entered the hotel I felt taken care of as a guest. Whilst I'd arrived early there was no issue in accommodating me immediately. Room was spacious extremely comfortable quiet exceptionally clean and very well appointed. Sumptuous bathroom. Wonderful to have a bath after finishing the Camino! Buffet breakfast was excellent. Beautifully presented and extensive. Quality could not be questioned. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Sleeping like a Bishop

Liked: Amazing location, amazing staff, amazing atmosphere. Bed is very good. Bathroom is big and amenities are good. 22 euro for parking is worth the value.
Disliked: There is no mobile internet connection, only via wifi. There is only a water heater with coffee and tea, but no coffee machine. Breakfast is good but choice is limited. You have to book the time for breakfast and can only have breakfast for 45 minutes. Rooms are a bit small for a couple with luggage, bathroom is big.

Great Location and Stay, but...

Liked: The property is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The room was clean and quiet, providing a comfortable stay. While there was some construction happening in the hotel, which limited access to certain areas, it didn’t significantly impact the experience. Santiago does experience frequent rain, so plan accordingly. Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.
Disliked: I’m not giving this property a perfect score because of our experience with the waitress at the breakfast restaurant. She was rude, unhelpful, and uncooperative, which was disappointing. That said, the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing and provided excellent service.
