My room was quite, clean...

Liked: My children enjoyed the facilities pool, waterpark, game arcade.
Disliked: Some people were throwing their children around the pool, I was concerned for the safety of my children in case one of those children go on top of mine by accident as my kids kept moving around, the pool was round and not so big so children were swimming by themselves or with parents so not much space.It's crowded sometimes and some facilities are open to the public but it looks manageable.

Disliked: That they charge for carpark. All hotels or accommodations carpark is included

Very good

Liked: I like the facility more for kids to do, restaurants within the building, not far from the beach. The staff so helpful, they keep our lagguage because we got late flight back home they even offer us to use the swimming pole and lend towel if we want nice of them.
Disliked: Nothing much really all good only bit crowded but that's how it is with kids.

Disliked: The food was average and they charged $6 for 2 slices of toast which we ordered for our 7 month old. Not very family friendly in that regard.

Disliked: No plates or bowls in the rooms for kids snacks.
