Great place for kids !...

Liked: So much to do. Great rooms. Great location.
Disliked: A fair few things were not working during our stay like the merry go round, the Ferris wheel, the rock climbing wall and the bigger water park wasn’t open for 3 days of our stay. You also have to pay for everything I think a few smaller things should be included in your stay eg: the train ride

Disliked: The parking situation.. frustrating that there isn’t a park for each room and parks are rented out separately. We had to park 600m down the road for undercover due to storms then lug all the bags etc.Aircon was freezing and we couldn’t find a remote to change it.

Liked: Everyone working at the resort was very lovely and helpful. Boys running a train ride were really funny. Great entrainment
Disliked: Room was very outdated. Especially bathroom. Shower head small , bath tab felt like its gonna break , just very outdated.

Liked: it's always a good time for the kids!! We had a few issues with one of the older rooms the first night of our week stay. The staff were amazing the next morning and were able to upgrade our room to the new area for our entire stay.we have stayed twice and loved it.
Disliked: Continental breakfast was abit expensive for a family of 5 for what is in included.
