Pleasant

Liked: Cerebral location that's close enough to walk to Surfers Paradise. Price was reasonable for the location and standard of the venue.
Disliked: Place looks quite dated and a bit run down. Some things were in a questionable state of repair such as the ceiling fans with loose fittings and wiring showing. Other things weren't working such as the bathroom light and clothes dryer.

Liked: The pool was nice & free parking
Disliked: The rooms just aren’t very nice, furniture is all old or broken. Felt dirty. Double bed was just two singles pushed together was very uncomfortable

Liked: Great location, friendly staff. Room needed work and a good clean. A/c dripping in bucket, oven wasn't working. Cockroach in the oven. Dining chairs extremely uncomfortable to sit in. Parking was brilliant.

Good location

Liked: Great location, rooms were filthy. Good price. Not deterred from staying but will be probably cleaning once I get there
