Liked: The room had everything you could need
Disliked: Parking. I didn’t like that the guest parking is only 3 hours and that there’s one person per room. Two of us were travelling from different areas and could only park 1 car.

Liked: Handy to the city and beach, interesting outlook, nice pool and outdoor areas
Disliked: Room was a bit scruffy and a bit tired looking. Poor parking instructions by receptionist meant we ended up with a substantial parking infringement fine

Standards of maintenance and cleaning...

Liked: Location was the only positive
Disliked: Rooms are not maintained or cleaned well, facilities are dated. Photos are incredibly misleading. We were unable to stay the two nights as the build up of dust and mould was disgusting however weren’t refunded.

Liked: Staff and location were good but
Disliked: service, equipment and cleaning was disappointing.

Liked: Great value for money, the standard of everything matched or exceeded the price, that is always appreciated
Disliked: Tight parking however this is the gold coast where hotel basement parking is always tight, suggest parking hard to maneuver vehicles up top, there is option to park up top which is great
