The staff is terrific, location...
Liked: Location and staff were terrific! Beds were very very comfortable. Good size rooms, beautiful view from many of the rooms. Grounds beautiful!
Disliked: Furniture for sitting in room not so comfortable. Location of TP in bathrooms unreachable for use.Stairs to access almost every room and all areas

Great location and staff!
Liked: Booked a standard one bedroom with a king bed. I requested an upgrade and received a 2 bedroom with ocean views at no additional charge.

Loved our visit and would...
Liked: The location is gorgeous! In a calm, quiet neighborhood right on the water. Clean, spacious room, with a big deck to relax. The bed was nice and comfy. Friendly staff. Big sitting area with a view of the water in the lobby with coffee and banana bread in the morning. Nice kitchenette. Slow pace and very relaxing! Felt like “old” Hawaii!
Disliked: Since they are nestled in a residential community and built up a hillside, parking was a bit of a challenge. The spaces are small and hard to maneuver in and out. Also, the couch in the living room and on the deck was not very comfortable. Small inconveniences for such a beautiful, serene place!

Paradise it is!
Liked: The location with the beautiful scenery from the lobby. Friendly staff. Within short distance from beaches and Kualoa Ranch.
Disliked: Depending on the room you get, it can be difficult to carry heavy luggage up to your room. But we managed.

Nice place without advertised activities
Liked: Comfortable beds and nice location away from the business of the towns
Disliked: They advertise as having kayaks, paddle boards, yoga, etc. but you have to book these in advance via QR code when you arrive and when we went to do this they were only available at 3pm two days after we left… don’t count on these things being available

Best location and views
Liked: We loved the location as it was tucked away from the hustle and busy city. We wanted a calming scenic location and we got it here. It was on the Eastside of the island close to kaluoa ranch where we were visiting. 15min away by car. The resort provided kayaks and paddle boards which we tried and had fun. They provide ultra water filtration for your water bottle which was convenient because we hiked a couple times and filled up our hydro flask. We stayed a week and eventually needed to wash some clothes so it was nice that they provide coined washers and dryers on site, which could be billed to your room for convenience. Huge plus. Breakfast was very light such as fruit and banana bread with options of coffee or tea. We planned to eat local restaurants to support the local businesses so we didn't mind.
Disliked: The only complaint would be the rooms walls are paper thin and so you can hear your neighbors nextdoor or above you. Especially with kids. Only thing we could do was run air conditioning fan to drown out the noise. It was hot anyways but ended up being a thing we noticed.
