Comfortable and hassle-free

Liked: Clean, spacious, great location (4 min walk from queen station, 2 min walk to eaton centre). Quiet and calm, great service and a lot of storage space (safe, drawers, closet with plenty of hangers)
Disliked: Needing to request housekeeping a day in advance for bedding change and full clean. Housekeeping doesn’t come daily unless a request was put in, so be aware of that. That’s the only

Disliked: Bar food was awful bar closed until 4pm. No early breakfast. Breakfast not until 7.30

Nice hotel in a central...

Liked: A nicely sized room, with a separate seating area and a comfortable bed. We had a little fridge. The price was reasonable and the location extremely convenient.
Disliked: The room was always hot, in January! We turned the heat off and it was still far too warm at night. Also, there was this minor irritant: we brought brown sugar to our room, and for some reason the maid took it away.

Disliked: There is no drive way or lane way or parking lot to pull in to in order to let elderly or disabled passengers out, check in and unload luggage . There is a 15 min space for 3 cars in front of you are lucky enough to get one. Otherwise it is a rather troublesome ordeal

Liked: The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was perfect. The room was clean too.
Disliked: The only thing was every morning for the week, the fire alarm went off. It caused a lot of disruption, especially the day after we landed as we needed a lay-in after feeling jet lagged.
