Don’t know what to say

Liked: Place is quite good, 10 minutes by car to concerts arena
Disliked: Arabish music all night, it’s not possible to sleep well. We booked this hotel 1,5 months before and once we came woman on the reception gave us single room with one small bed instead of double bed. How is that possible to offer child bed for 2 people that paid for a big room? She said smth like what can I do, everything is booked. Yes, and we are people who booked a double room 1,5 month ago!!! After that she gave us another room, again with small bed for 1 person. In the end manager of the hotel said her to give us this 2 single rooms without additional payment instead of double room. Thanks God! That’s good and we glad for that, but because of this situation and “negotiation” we had late to the concert.

Liked: It was close to the highway and stores, we were on our way home from Germany to Hungary.
Disliked: We were with a baby, and it was very important for me to have a baby bed so all of us can sleep safe, I called them to make sure they prepare one. They said, they will, but than there was no baby bed and the staff at the check in couldn't help, so we had a sleepless terrible night in stinky room, with 3 single beds for 4 people, and we couldn't even put the beds together. There were seeds and dirt on the top of the bed, the carpet was dirty.

TERRIBLE PLACE! DON'T BOOK IT!

Disliked: This place is unbelievable!There is nothing good about it. We've checked in and paid for a family room, but it was unacceptable, so we couldn't stay, and we left two hours later. Had to pay for another room in a different hotel where luckily everything was fine and the price was less than 10 euros more than this one.I have to start with this that the photos here are nothing like it actually is.The room was dark, dusty, durty, and unsafe, especially for children!There is NO AIR CONDITIONING, only one very old, dusty fan, which we didn't even want to touch. There was only one window in the room, which was just above one of the beds, so if the window is open, the bed can't be used. Also, the window was leading to a roof, so basically, anyone could get in through it. And the hotel is in a very strange area, with very suspicious people around... The beds were with old, staind mattresses. The bed linen was also overused and looking dirty.There was a water bottle and a slice of bread on the floor, probably left from someone previous...The wallpapers were coming off the walls, and there was tape here and there.The most ridiculous thing was that there was a missing power outlet behind the pillow of one of the beds!!! Literally a whole in the wall with some cables sticking out!!! (Please see the photos under)Also the noise from the Frankfurt airport is too loud and constant, so I don't think it would be possible for anyone to sleep there.On top of everything we had to pay 10 euros for a parking overnight.Now, around 10 days later, no one from the hotel is replying to my requests for a refund.I'm just shocked how such a place can function in Germany and hope my review will prevent others from wasting their time and money!
