Liked: Nothing everything was horrible I left at 6pm that night Didn’t even stay the night !!
Disliked: Everything Maybe a tv remote A decent bed The mattress was old and could feel every spring in it Literally left at 6pm that nightCould change tv channel as no remote asked staff to then just be palmed off like nothing , would have been. Better in a hostile and room was quite gross

Pleasant enough stay for short...

Liked: Value for money, great food in the restaurant, very helpful staff, great location next to Panania Station.
Disliked: We were swapped between rooms when there was no need, when returned to the same room our cups and saucers had been removed but not replaced so I could not have a coffee in the morning, a towel had been removed but not replaced; there was no plug for the bath, the remote for the tv did not work - most likely the batteries had gone flat. TV could not be worked from the mains. It would be better to have two side tables with night lamps. Possibly consider a bar fridge in each room as at the same price point I have been to other places with all these feautures. Also support beam under the bed was loose when I looked under bed which added to saggy feeling of mattress.
