Liked: - great location - Very close by to Whistler village.
Disliked: - the property like many in Whistler is a little outdated and due to that, the room smelled a little musty - not sure what was wrong but the shower had a very high pitched noise when you used it - the couch was very uncomfortable to sit in

Liked: Although it is far from the gateway bus loop, shuttles are available for guests who are taking the bus. It is my second time staying here and I don’t think I want to try anywhere else because both times I was at Pan Pacific, I only have GOOD experience. The kitchen is clean and complete with all the utensils. Staff are all friendly and room service is great!

Liked: very clean property. located in the village but it’s quiet. awesome amenities and great breakfast.
Disliked: our room was on the second floor, which is actually on the lobby level was across from the staff quarters and they were going on and out which made it noisy.
