Bad experience with poor service

Liked: Poor service

Great location, fantastic sea views

Liked: The location and view from the hotel room was fantastic, great access to Gas town and lots of great locations walkable from the hotel. The Housekeeping staff were also great and made the stay great.
Disliked: The beds were not very comfortable and could have been better, also when I tried to extend the stay for an additional night I did not get any real help from the hotel staff at reception.

Liked: Elevator were slow seemed like they had shut 3 of them down. Staff said it was because they were busy. Building was empty clearly a lie. Took the stairs from 12 floor. AfterWaiting 25 min for elevator. Got stuck on 9 th floor with other people from stairwell. Staff took us down in service elevator. Paid for wifi and other amenities that should be free. Pricey and not friendly. Dissatisfied as we have stayed many times before and been very happy
