Liked: Location is not the best but it’s okay
Disliked: The front desk lady checking me in when I ask question her answer wasn’t polite Asking her about the bill information to explain it the way she explain it was in a rude way

No more comeback

Disliked: As Pan Pacific class, SOP house keeping is so bad. On one day can get no bath towels (after complained, yes resolved), some time got towels but no bathroom mat. Sometimes no new cups or waters. And for sure there is no electric kettle as stated in the booking.com. House keeping, in some days knock your door at 0930 asking when are you leaving, very frustrating. And we need an emergency extra night, they charged way more expensive for a night. Actually we made a mistake when we need to continue our stay. It's our mistake, but they do not give us same rate. Which we have stayed there for more than 2 weeks.

Liked: Very confortable room, excellent bed , good spacious bathroom and everything very clean

Terrible management and untrained staff.

Liked: The facilities are not bad. However the staff and the management are not good.
Disliked: During the night we stayed there, around 1:00am, some young girls laughed and yelled on the corridor outside of our room over 20-30 minutes. My daughter had to call the front desk. Several minutes later, I heard a man yelling to the girls some words. No more noise then. However, when the next morning I called the front desk complaining about it, the guy said he didn’t find any record about what happened, and he didn’t find any record about my daughter’s call to them as well! His attitude was like I lied to him!! I really don’t like the feeling of being shamed, and I will never recommend people visiting the hotel.

Good location comfortable bed good...

Liked: It’s in a very good location and the bed is very comfortable.lots of restaurant nearby and public transportation, when you leave the hotel turn on the right walk 10min cross the bridge and you found groceries McDonald’s etc in front many other restaurants. Don’t shop in. Shoppers it’s the most expensive
Disliked: The communication with reception could be a bit better .

Liked: Location is nice, groceries and restaurants across the street. Lobby has a salon and bar which you can relax.
Disliked: The hotel’s interior, including the rooms, needs updating. The carpets and curtains are outdated and stained, and the doors—bathroom, closet, and room—are noisy, which was disruptive for a light sleeper like me.During my stay, there was an incident involving the elevator: three people were trapped inside at midnight. Emergency services were called, and while everyone was ultimately okay, the situation took an hour and a half to resolve, leaving me unable to sleep afterward.The next morning, we spoke with the manager, who informed us that we could have requested a room change the previous night. However, since our payment was prepaid, no refund was possible. We plan to contact the booking service for further assistance.While I enjoyed the first night, the second night’s issues were unfortunate and partly due to the elevator malfunction. The hotel should address this problem urgently. We were also uncomfortable with how our checkout was handled; we felt pressured and unfairly treated for not calling to request a room change, despite seeing others receive immediate medical assistance. We hope the trapped individuals are well and wish them a pleasant trip.
