Superb
Liked: Great hotel and convenient location. Have stayed there multiple times. There are apparently some renovations which means not all elevators are available.

Pleasant
Liked: Good staff, clean
Disliked: Some amenities were not ideal—shower pressure and temp were not great, safe was broken in one of the rooms

Great hotel!
Liked: The room exceeded our expectations. We were given a corner room with an over 180-degree view of Toronto. Its location was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go, including many restaurants. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay there.

Liked: The room was very big, including the bed! It was a corner unit with a small but functional balcony. Bed and pillows were amazingly comfy. You are provided 2 water bottles, and there is a hidden fridge in the entry under the coffee/tea maker (all provided)Just incase you forgot something your also provided with mini shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and a body bar and face bar for soap. They smell terrific! In the hall closet there is also a safe on the shelf incase it is needed. Along with the typical closet accessories (hangers, iron & board)I'm assuming the couch pulls out into a bed (as there is TONS of floor space) but be aware it's rock hard to just sit on (found out when putting my shoes on in the morning)In and out privileges for the parking which is monitored & gated
Disliked: I was given room 409, which is right off the elevator (i didnt hear it at all) but can function as an adjoining room to 408 and 410 so there are 2 connecting doors (one bedside the bed, and one in the entrance hallway, incase thats an issue for some- didn't bother me) A small window to the side of the TV where the drapes didn't work for keeping the sunlight out. I also called for a late checkout, and was told the hotel was fully booked and it would not be possible (on a Sunday morning)Parking is to the right before the hotel entrance at $20 per night and not covered (thinking not great come winter, ive stayed eleswhere at $8 and it was a multi level parking garage)

A blend of comfort and...
Liked: I stayed during the summer season, and the price is quite reasonable given the amenities. I received a free room upgrade from Booking.com; the room is really spacious, and the bed is quite comfy. They also have a tennis court where you may play throughout the day. The whole atmosphere is extremely homey, and I would love to stay again if I return to Toronto.
Disliked: The lift is a little slow, and we did get stuck inside once. Including breakfast as an option would also be excellent, though I'm not sure if this is standard in all hotels in Canada. A bit far from downtown, like 54 minutes, but it is accessible via train and bus.
