A convenient place to stay...

Liked: staff were helpful, friendly and professional
Disliked: Three out of four elevators were broken, hotel is overall in a state of disrepair (carpets, walls, furnishings, temperature control systems) … the room was unbelievably cold despite the temperature being stuck at 90F on the thermostat. Room was very expensive for the quality that was delivered, while advertised as a three or four star facility, this is really no star at the moment, given the state of the building.
