Lovely hotel in clean neighborhood...

Liked: Great location, very close to Seattle Center and Space Needle. Very clean neighbourhood. Hotel is clean and beds are comfortable. Staff are friendly. Got a good deal price wise.
Disliked: Self parking option not reasonable. Ongoing renovations. Rooms had a slightly unpleasant smell likely from wallpaper.

Second time and last.

Liked: They had a very small selection for breakfast. No pancakes and the cups for juice were kids size.
Disliked: I booked a Suite and when I got there they gave me a regular king sized bed room with no view.

Disappointing, to put it politely.

Liked: Great location. Walking distance to the places I needed and wanted to be but not at all worth the price tag.
Disliked: Construction starting at 6a. No mention of this online or at check-in which totally disrupted and negatively impacted my stay. If they had mentioned the construction at check-in, I at least could have made a decision to stay or leave. It wasn’t until late the following night, when staff slid a note underneath my door, that I found out I’d be woken up to drilling and sound checks thru the radio at 6a the next morning.

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The suite was a great size. The bathtub felt amazing!
Disliked: I didn’t like that I have to pay an additional 43$ for parking! The windows do not cancel out the noise when ready to have quiet.

Liked: Wonderful space for a solo traveler. Attentive room service, spacious bathroom with hot tub and shower! They also stored my bags after check out since I had a late flight so I was able to hit the museums and Space Needle nearby. Many convenient shops (salon, gym, Whole Foods, Etc.) located as soon as you exit the property.

Liked: The location of the hotel was ideal for walking and checking out the sights. We appreciated the view of the space needle. Jean was the gentleman who checked us in and we found him friendly.
Disliked: Sadly we ordered the breakfast buffet. All the items were cold or lukewarm even though they were on hot plates and in cast iron pots. We did much better the next day by walking to a nearby breakfast place. It cost less money & there was no manatory tipping included on the bill.The valet parking was $68/night. Next time we will look for a hotel that will charge less for for parking. The beds in our room did not have the crisp smooth look that you would find in the Marriott hotels. The bed linens were clean but I think it was the mattress pad that made the bed lumpy-looking??? On Sunday night we were notified that there would be construction noise and that it could begin at 6:00 am. Something I wished we knew before booking the hotel.
