Great location but there again...

Liked: I like the location. It is right next to the DFO very convenient to get around the city.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that I left the jacket in the wardrobe and a day later called to tell them that I’ve left it in the room and surprisingly housekeeping said they found nothing Mind you when we checked in we had a drawer full of clothes that the previous guest had left. I went to plug the ironing board into a socket that was broken and the TV remote was missing. Needless to say, I think the housekeeping stuff have a lot to answer for and the management didn’t handle the disappearance of my jacket very well .

Liked: We stayed here for a trade show. I have stayed here a few times as the staff and amenities are very good, will stay here again.
