Best hotel in London

Liked: We stayed for my partners birthday and On arrival staff greeted us and were very attentive, our room wasn’t ready so we were taken to the well being floor to relax. We have stayed in many top end hotels in London The room we were given was WOW, best hotel we have stayed in and will definitely be booking again.
Disliked: We booked breakfast for the morning of departure and unfortunately it took a long time to arrive. I ordered 2 boiled eggs with toast my eggs arrived and the toast didn’t arrive until 10 minutes later and as cold.

Liked: My wife and I arrived with our infant after an overnight flight. We were very tired and they were able to check us in early, which was so nice. We had a great room with a beautiful view. We stayed for five nights total. The pool and spa were always an amazing respite after a long day of tourist activities. Bar and restaurant were great. The staff met our every need. Highly recommended we would definitely stay again!

Perfect birthday staycation

Liked: Perfect location, beautifully decorated for Christmas. Great size room and lovely view of the city. Birthday balloon and treats were beautifully presented in the room.
Disliked: All facilities were great except for the tv, it felt slightly unstable when extended out from the wall and didn’t want to cause any damage so kept it against the wall. Room service breakfast could have been better.
