Would’ve been a 10/10 but...

Liked: I like the look and feel of the property.
Disliked: There was no ac, fireplace didn’t work, and the front desk couldn’t help

So Comfortable & Quiet

Liked: It was very quiet and comfortable. We slept so good in the bed. The room was clean. It had plenty of towels & toilet paper and we love the fact that the refrigerator makes it’s own ice. We liked the view, the bellman Brong our baggage’s quickly. The windows on the higher floors appear to be cleaner than on the lower floors. They had a nice selection of TV channels. A big in room menu for ordering. Everyone at the property was very friendly and helpful.When we got ready to check out of the property the total amount that they quoted to us was the total amount we ACTUALLY PAID!!! There was NO EXTRA CHARGES for anything else when we checked out from the property.
Disliked: We can’t use our personal Netflix account or YouTube to sign into the TV. The coffee machine in the room DOES NOT take coffee K PODS!!

Exceptional

Good

Liked: I liked the room layout and the hot tub. Security guard was very helpful in guiding me around hotel amenities.
Disliked: Front desk staff was not friendly was not attentive to people waiting after long trips to get there. Bed sits too low to ground.

Bad

Disliked: The room was so old and filthy. The decades old king bed was toooo soft and sunken in the middle, we started to have a terrible back and neck pains in the middle of the night. The sofa bed was even worse that it wouldn’t support a light weight adult. The three of us had a long drive the next morning and we couldn’t get a normal night sleep and causing us so much anxiety and pain. I would never go back again.

Good price bad service, rooms...

Liked: Price was very good and restaurants on site were excellent.
Disliked: The staff was rude, staff not helpful, there was someone’s hair around the room, room needs to be updated.

Disappointing trip

Liked: I liked the proximity to the Palms Casino.
Disliked: My shower area had black mold inside of it, and it smelled musty. It was clear it hadn't been cleaned. Housekeeping only cleaned my room and provided fresh towels when I called and complained(even though I stayed a week). The mattress I slept on had a huge dip in it due to previous damage. I heard several complaints by other vacationers while in the lobby and the people at the front desk had a blase attitude.

Great stay and location, clean...

Disliked: The resort fees during off season

I would never stay at...

Liked: Space
Disliked: It was dirty and the smell odor of the room was terrible. Could use more lights for brightness. No friendliness at the check in front.
