Great room, staff and parking...

Liked: Room is modern and very clean. Staff are very friendly and really helpful. We stayed in ivory tower, which is not so crowded and we really enjoy the atmosphere. Will definitely coming back!

Disliked: Well , where do I start ! Check in was a nightmare . My partner had had a “special treat” delivered to our room before my arrival and it was lost ! The manager stated that they didn’t do that type of “thing” because it was too much work . Then went on to say that they normally throw things away when left with the bellhop . HE was rude and so full of himself . I went to check In and he stated our room wasn’t ready yet and that we’d need to return in a hour. I did that and when I returned he stated that “HE” had found my delivery , melted but they he had placed it in the refrigerator located in our room. (My wife had spoken to a young lady at the laguna , restaurant and she had found the delivery and had it placed in our room, not this person that says he is a manager ! Lol. My experience was so poor and sadly enough his staff that he manages is just as terrible. No customer service skills or empathy for issues that happen or take place. Secondly, the shower in our room wasn’t working from day one When we called the you g lady that answered the phone stated I’llSubmit and ticket and they’ll get back to you ! No, oh I’m sorry , or even a brief explanation what to expect time wise. Out shower had no regulator It was extremely ice cold or scolding hot Unable to shower after our flights We had to sponge bathe. Sad ! In the room the microwave , washer and dryer didn’t work! Our room was beautiful but the service and inability to get around that managers big head was just awful!

Disliked: The tub was not clean. one window was extremely dirty, and the bedroom floor. The ice maker did not work.
