Horrible experience in room 7610...

Disliked: Loud noise coming from pipes located near bathroom in room 7610 was not able to rest after driving 10 hours I immediately contacting front desk after I got back from the supermarket with groceries. and maintenance was not able to fix. at this point, I was extremely frustrated and unhappy, especially being tired and I asked for refund within an hour and Half of checking in and was denied. let alone maintenance consumed about 45 minutes of my check in time.
