Liked: Great location for us. Beautiful outlook over the bay. Handy having free parking.
Disliked: The air conditioner in the second bedroom didn’t work & the separate fan was temperamental.

Very good

Liked: Great location with lovely views. Very easy to get in and out of to go to theme parks or Surfer's Paradise. Good facilities, nice walking/scooting paths and playground across the road. Just a few blocks from Australia Fair.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about. We had all we needed and were very comfortable.

Liked: The location and price tag
Disliked: Cleanliness, maintenance. Had cockroaches in the kitchen and the carpet in the common areas stink terribly bad

Disliked: The broken bed we slept on for a month We paid so much money to sleep on a broken bed for a month It’s been broken for a while because we looked under it and seen the owner put a stack of books to hold the bed up but the books don’t reach . Also the water supply in the shower sometimes goes hot and cold and no water .
