We had a great time...

Liked: The view was sensational. The unit was immaculately clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The location was great and the underground parking good. Having our own washer/dry in the unit was appreciated.
Disliked: The units facilities were aged but usable. There was no light in the lounge, dining or bedroom at all. The bedroom had an old lamp on one bedside table. The bed mattress was coming apart in 2 pieces so the bottom bit was sticking out further than the top. The ding room & lounge furniture were 70s style possibly that aged. The bathroom was very old style (even the toilet was not dual flush). The kitchen was equally old style facilities.

Health concerns from mould

Disliked: That there was mould on the apartment, and they refuse to fix it and called me a lier saying there is no mould though having photos and proof of it all. Very poor customer service as well. Worse than a third world country.

Great quality at a great...

Liked: For the price at the time which was just after peak the unit was huge, the view was spectacular (waterfront) and it was furnished so well that you could live there full time. There was even a jug of water in the fridge pre filled.
Disliked: If I were to be really picky, the staffed times are a little short, I would have liked to see someone the morning of checkout but again no big deal.

Great accommodation

Liked: Great view, clean, tidy. Very accommodating, provided a shower chair for my daughter (in a wheelchair). Disability friendly.
